Be sure to answer “yes” to this question when entering for the second driver, which automatically eliminates unnecessary fees for the second entry. The trainer is defined by USEF as the person 18 years of age or older responsible for the horse while at the exhibition site. The coach is the person who is paid to help you with your horse on the show field. USEF needs a coach for a SHOW recognized by the USEF for each entry. A coach is not necessary. UseF`s pre-2020 liability exemption has been replaced by the USEF by two necessary new documents: Entry Agreement 2020 USEF and Waiver/Release 2020 USEF. Both are available on the USEF website. UseF/USDF can take up to 72 hours to update its databases after you log in or renew. We regularly leave their databases directly. Participants: There are two ways to enter a show with equestrian contributions: 1) It costs nothing to create, print an online entry, add a check and send it to the show. 2) To pay online and deposit your membership fee immediately, there is a non-refundable online processing fee of 5%.
1) For your first entry, answer the very first question on the barn page with “NO”: (MANDATORY! If it`s a multi-day show – Have you ever asked for a stable for this horse on another entrance for this show?) Then add the desired engravings for the entire show. EqEntries accepts Visa, MasterCard or Discover, or you can print your entry and send it by cheque to issue by mail. As a parent who has the role of trainer (also known as the adult responsible for the horse at the exhibition site), a minor rider and/or owner does not have to pay a non-membership fee to USEF/USDF. Just below where you select the coach for your entry (first page of the entry process), there is a question: “Are you a parent of the driver/owner” Be sure to say “YES” to this question so that these fees are not charged. Once a contribution has been deposited and paid, you must work directly with the show management to arrange for the cancellation and repayment of the contribution. You can either reimburse yourself directly or require us to refund you to your credit card depending on the situation.
